Prado Park

Prado Park is a new, 643-unit apartment complex in Bogotá. The community will include three seven-story towers and a three-story communal building for residents to enjoy.

The one-bedroom units are adaptable to suit the needs of residents with different lifestyles, including artists, musicians and cyclists. The units were also designed to conserve natural resources, helping residents to save on utility costs.

The developer of the project, Constructora Bolívar, has led the Colombian market in the development of urban housing projects for all income levels for more than 30 years.
